Gasketed plate and frame heat exchangers consist of a set of corrugated plates separated by gaskets and held together by a bolted frame. Plates are stacked to form a plate pack, with two fluids travelling through alternating channels on opposite sides of each plate, exchanging heat across the full surface area. The result is exceptional thermal efficiency in a remarkably compact footprint.
The bolted frame design makes the unit fully accessible allowing plates and gaskets to be removed, cleaned, reconfigured, or replaced as your process requirements evolve.
